Terms and conditions for participation in the “Your Thermal Summer” 2025 competition

1. Organizer of the competition:
HKM Heilbäder und Kurorte Marketing GmbH Baden-Württemberg, Esslinger Straße 8, 70182 Stuttgart (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) is the organizer of the campaign and is therefore solely responsible for its implementation.

2. Participation:
All persons who are at least 18 years old at the start of the competition and have a valid postal address and permanent residence in Germany, Switzerland, or France are eligible to participate. Each participant may only enter once.
To enter, participants must provide their name, age, and email address in the online form at https://naturgesund-bw.de/thermensommer-gewinnspiel and submit it to the organizer online. To participate, participants must answer the open question “In which thermal spa are you spending your thermal spa summer?” using the online form. In the event of a win, the address must also be provided so that the prize can be sent. The winners will be selected at random in calendar week 38 of 2025. All participants who have completed the online form correctly and in full and submitted it on time will be eligible for the prize draw. Employees of the organizer and affiliated companies, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Employees and relatives of companies involved in the implementation of the competition are also excluded from the competition.

3. Start and end of the competition:
The “Your Thermal Summer” competition will run from June 16, 2025, to September 14, 2025.

4. Prizes:
The following prizes are up for grabs: 10 pairs of day passes including sauna access. The day passes can be redeemed at the following thermal baths:

There will be no payout of the prize or any remaining balance if the prize is not claimed or is only claimed by one person. Similarly, the prize cannot be transferred. The validity period is stated on the voucher.

5. Notification and prize delivery:
The winners will be selected at random in calendar week 38 of 2025. The organizer will then notify the winners by email and ask them to specify their preferred spa (details under 4.). Winners must provide their address to the organizer within one week of being notified of their win. The prize will then be sent by mail to the address provided.

6. Data protection information:
The data you provide—name, age, email address, postal address if applicable—will be processed by the organizer solely for the purpose of conducting the competition. The name will be used to identify participants, the age to verify eligibility, the email address to notify winners, and the postal address to send prizes.
The data will be transferred to a service provider commissioned by the organizer to assist with the implementation of the competition, as necessary. A data processing agreement has been concluded with this service provider.
The data will not be passed on to third parties and will be deleted after the end of the competition or restricted in processing for the duration of the statutory retention obligations or limitation periods.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
