Environ un quart de visiteurs \u00e9trangers en moins ont \u00e9galement un impact n\u00e9gatif. Heureux pour l'association : \u00ab Notre structure d'accueil rajeunit et les gens recherchent davantage d'offres de nature et de d\u00e9tente. \u00abNous proposons ici des offres sur mesure\u00bb, explique Fritz Link.<\/strong><\/p><p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019 a \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent l\u2019une des ann\u00e9es les plus fortes en mati\u00e8re de tourisme dans le Bade-Wurtemberg. La moiti\u00e9 des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont confirm\u00e9 que leur structure de client\u00e8le correspondait \u00e0 celle de 2019 et que les ann\u00e9es Corona n'avaient pratiquement entra\u00een\u00e9 aucun changement. Mais 29% ne souhaitent pas suivre cette opinion et sont tout \u00e0 fait conscients des changements. \u00ab Un rajeunissement des clients est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme positif, tandis que la baisse des voyages de groupe et du segment des voyages d'affaires est not\u00e9e n\u00e9gativement \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Fritz Link et ajoute : \u00ab Les cliniques et nos forfaits en particulier n'ont pas encore pu atteindre le niveau d'avant. -niveau d\u2019occupation pand\u00e9mique dans de nombreux endroits. En revanche, les parcs de camping-cars, les h\u00f4tels et les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la nature connaissent une \u00e9volution plus positive et seraient plus demand\u00e9s qu\u2019avant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p><p>Cette \u00e9volution n\u2019est pas une co\u00efncidence. Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9vident pendant la pand\u00e9mie que les offres de loisirs et de voyages individuelles et ax\u00e9es sur la nature gagnaient en popularit\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du public. \u00ab En raison de la pand\u00e9mie, cette \u00e9volution \u00e9tait compr\u00e9hensible. Et nos installations ont r\u00e9agi rapidement \u00e0 cela et ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouvelles offres touristiques dans les stations thermales et thermales \u00bb, explique le Pr\u00e9sident. En particulier, des offres de nature et de plein air telles que des exp\u00e9riences de plaisir en plein air, l'extension de l'infrastructure du r\u00e9seau de sentiers, des bains de for\u00eat ou du yoga dans la nature, des possibilit\u00e9s d'h\u00e9bergement en plein air, des visites dans la nature, des offres sp\u00e9ciales pour les familles et les camping-cars ainsi que des offres de pleine conscience pour la vie professionnelle et personnelle. un solde a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 au portefeuille \u00e0 de nombreux endroits. \u00abCela a port\u00e9 ses fruits et rajeunit la structure des clients.\u00bb<\/p><p>Fritz Link d\u00e9crit l'ambiance qui r\u00e8gne dans le secteur comme \u00e9tant \u00ab prudemment optimiste \u00bb. Un tiers des personnes interrog\u00e9es pourraient parler d'une augmentation des r\u00e9servations pour 2024 par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ; 63 % \u00e9taient au niveau de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mais 4 % \u00e9taient en dessous. Sur une \u00e9chelle de 0=positif \u00e0 10=n\u00e9gatif, les stations thermales et thermales \u00e9valuent cette ann\u00e9e leurs perspectives \u00e9conomiques avec une moyenne de 3,6.
