Les stations thermales du Bade-Wurtemberg et le minist\u00e8re de l'\u00c9conomie du Bade-Wurtemberg poursuivent un objectif commun : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence en mati\u00e8re de mesures de pr\u00e9vention primaire dans les stations thermales, les collaborateurs des entreprises \u00e9conomiques doivent avoir la chance d'entra\u00eener leur sant\u00e9 personnelle. Arne Mellert, directeur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Heilb\u00e4der und Kurorte Marketing GmbH et organisateur de la journ\u00e9e th\u00e9matique sur la gestion de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise, r\u00e9sume ainsi la situation : \u00ab Ce ne sont pas seulement les rhumes habituels, mais les maux de dos et les maladies psychosociales en augmentation qui nous ont fait dresser l'oreille \u00bb. <\/strong><\/p>

Avec Sven Hannawald, les organisateurs ont pu s'assurer les services d'un authentique keynote speaker. Hannawald \u00e9tait un athl\u00e8te d'exception. Ce sportif de haut niveau a \u00e9t\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent le seul sauteur \u00e0 ski \u00e0 remporter tous les sauts de la Tourn\u00e9e des quatre tremplins en 2002, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 champion olympique, quatre fois champion du monde et \u00e9lu sportif de l'ann\u00e9e. En 2004, il a fait une chute profonde. Diagnostic : burn-out. S'ensuivirent neuf semaines de s\u00e9jour en clinique, puis un long traitement ambulatoire. Ce n'est qu'au bout de cinq ans que Sven Hannawald a pu affirmer qu'il avait franchi la montagne et qu'il \u00e9tait arriv\u00e9 dans sa nouvelle vie.<\/p>

Il est \u00e9galement convaincu que les mesures de pr\u00e9vention doivent \u00eatre davantage prises en compte par les employeurs et les employ\u00e9s. Le 7 novembre 2024, il r\u00e9pondra aux questions de l'animateur Klaus Peter Betz au salon de Stuttgart. A cette occasion, Sven Hannawald donnera un aper\u00e7u de son enfance et de sa jeunesse, du chemin qu'il a emprunt\u00e9 pour devenir un sportif de haut niveau et des obstacles qu'il a d\u00fb surmonter pour pouvoir s'affirmer aujourd'hui comme un p\u00e8re de famille \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et un homme d'affaires actif.<\/p>

La journ\u00e9e th\u00e9matique GSE est con\u00e7ue comme une manifestation en deux parties : Outre la keynote, qui sera \u00e9galement retransmise en direct par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 organisatrice du salon, un World-Caf\u00e9 avec huit \u00eelots th\u00e9matiques aura lieu \u00e0 la suite. L'association des chambres de commerce et d'industrie du Bade-Wurtemberg donnera des conseils pratiques sur la mise en \u0153uvre et l'impl\u00e9mentation de mesures de GSE sur un \u00eelot th\u00e9matique. S\u00fcdwestmetall expliquera l'approche globale des mesures de GSE sur un autre \u00eelot. L'AOK Bade-Wurtemberg se consacrera au th\u00e8me de la \u00ab culture d'entreprise et de la direction comme cl\u00e9s de la sant\u00e9 en entreprise \u00bb. La Barmer pr\u00e9sentera des concepts pour \u00ab renforcer les ressources individuelles de gestion du stress \u00e0 l'\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique \u00bb. Enfin, sur trois \u00eelots, diff\u00e9rentes stations thermales pr\u00e9senteront leurs exp\u00e9riences et offres sp\u00e9cifiques dans le domaine de la GSE.<\/p>

\u00ab Nous voulons surtout inciter les responsables des ressources humaines des petites et moyennes entreprises \u00e0 s'arrimer \u00e0 ce r\u00e9seau d'exp\u00e9rience. Les mesures de pr\u00e9vention sont toujours particuli\u00e8rement efficaces lorsqu'elles sont appliqu\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et non dans l'environnement domestique direct \u00bb, sait Arne Mellert. Il attire \u00e9galement l'attention sur la certification de qualit\u00e9 des offres pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es lors des World-Caf\u00e9s et souligne : \u00ab Il ne s'agit pas ici de mesures de pr\u00e9vention de trois semaines, mais nous parlons de week-ends prolong\u00e9s. Seulement : un seul week-end, ne suffira pas pour cela \u00bb.<\/p>
