Un bond en avant pour le club IA Tourisme : la coop\u00e9ration avec l'association Heilb\u00e4derverband Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg e.V. permet au r\u00e9seau et aux connaissances sur l'IA dans le tourisme de se d\u00e9velopper.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Avec le \u00ab KI-Club Tourismus \u00bb, une nouvelle plateforme destin\u00e9e aux OGD (organismes de gestion des destinations), aux offices de tourisme, aux entreprises et aux professionnels du tourisme int\u00e9ress\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e en f\u00e9vrier 2025. Apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9marrage avec 12 membres pionniers, dont la DZT, la DTV et visitBerlin, le r\u00e9seau n'a cess\u00e9 de cro\u00eetre. Gr\u00e2ce aux initiatives en mati\u00e8re d'IA de l'association Heilb\u00e4derverband Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg e.V. et, parall\u00e8lement, de l'association touristique Tourismusverband Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, le nombre de membres a d\u00e9sormais doubl\u00e9. <\/em><\/p>\n

Au sein du r\u00e9seau KI-Club Tourismus, les partenaires travaillent ensemble depuis le d\u00e9but \u00e0 l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) dans le quotidien du tourisme, depuis les premi\u00e8res \u00e9tapes de la saisie jusqu'aux solutions d'automatisation concr\u00e8tes et \u00e0 la mise en place de leurs propres agents IA. Le programme du r\u00e9seau repose sur un m\u00e9lange d'ateliers sur place, de webinaires, de mises \u00e0 jour pratiques num\u00e9riques, de vid\u00e9os p\u00e9dagogiques et d'une consultation mensuelle. Des r\u00e9unions r\u00e9guli\u00e8res en direct, des projets communs et une plateforme d'\u00e9change mod\u00e9r\u00e9e garantissent la formation d'une communaut\u00e9 d'apprentissage et d'innovation dynamique.<\/p>\n

Le r\u00e9seau \u00e9largi<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00ab Avec le KI-Club Tourismus, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un r\u00e9seau unique qui allie de mani\u00e8re id\u00e9ale th\u00e9orie et pratique \u00bb, explique Matthias Burzinski, initiateur du projet chez destinetCHANGE. \u00ab Notre objectif est de pr\u00e9parer les entreprises et les organisations \u00e0 l'\u00e9volution rapide de l'IA. Parall\u00e8lement, nous \u00e9tablissons avec nos membres des lignes directrices en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9thique et de protection des donn\u00e9es afin que l'IA soit utilis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re responsable et apporte une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e aux clients, aux habitants et aux employ\u00e9s. Les initiatives sp\u00e9ciales men\u00e9es avec l'association touristique du Mecklembourg-Pom\u00e9ranie occidentale et l'association des stations thermales du Bade-Wurtemberg nous indiquent que nous sommes sur la bonne voie. \u00bb<\/p>\n

En coop\u00e9ration avec destinetCHANGE, l'association des stations thermales du Bade-Wurtemberg a facilit\u00e9 l'acc\u00e8s au club IA \u00e0 ses membres dans le Land afin d'envoyer un signal pour l'avenir. 7 nouveaux membres ont ainsi rejoint le club. \u00ab En tant qu'organisme r\u00e9gional de promotion du tourisme de sant\u00e9, notre mission est d'identifier les \u00e9volutions \u00e0 un stade pr\u00e9coce et de pr\u00e9parer le secteur de la sant\u00e9, des loisirs et du bien-\u00eatre pour l'avenir \u00bb, explique Fritz Link, pr\u00e9sident de l'association des stations thermales du Bade-Wurtemberg. \u00ab En adh\u00e9rant au club IA, nous envoyons un signal clair : les stations thermales et les centres de cure participants du Bade-Wurtemberg jouent un r\u00f4le de pionniers et fa\u00e7onnent activement l'avenir du tourisme \u00bb, poursuit M. Link.<\/p>\n

Nouveaux clusters r\u00e9gionaux et th\u00e9matiques<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Au d\u00e9but, le KI-Club Tourismus r\u00e9unissait des organisations touristiques, des destinations et des associations qui avaient toutes un point commun : la prise de conscience que l'intelligence artificielle allait profond\u00e9ment transformer le tourisme.<\/p>\n

Les nouveaux membres ouvrent d\u00e9sormais de nouvelles perspectives. D'une part, cela offre de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s pour former des sous-groupes r\u00e9gionaux au sein du club. D'autre part, cela permet de cr\u00e9er des clusters th\u00e9matiques, tels que les stations thermales et les centres de cure. Cela permet \u00e9galement de concevoir et de d\u00e9velopper des solutions d'IA sp\u00e9cifiques, des assistants IA et des agents.<\/p>\n

Avec 32 membres et une tendance \u00e0 la hausse, le KI-Club est d\u00e9sormais le plus grand r\u00e9seau professionnel d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l'IA dans le secteur du tourisme dans l'espace germanophone.<\/p>\n

Intelligence humaine coop\u00e9rative<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00ab Mais la plus grande valeur ajout\u00e9e du club AI Tourisme est autre \u00bb, explique Matthias Burzinski. \u00ab Ce sont les \u00e9changes entre les membres qui rendent ce club si particulier, c'est-\u00e0-dire l'intelligence humaine qui vient compl\u00e9ter notre th\u00e8me principal. C'est pourquoi nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'\u00e9largir le programme en organisant une r\u00e9union physique \u00e0 la fin de chaque ann\u00e9e. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Dans le cadre d'un camp IA, une rencontre en soir\u00e9e et d'une journ\u00e9e enti\u00e8re, les th\u00e8mes \u00ab les plus br\u00fblants \u00bb et les th\u00e8mes souhait\u00e9s par les membres doivent \u00eatre discut\u00e9s et class\u00e9s en direct, en face \u00e0 face. Bien s\u00fbr, avec l'IA comme sparring-partner sur place.<\/p>\n

Approche \u00e0 long terme et concept \u00ab former le formateur \u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Contrairement aux offres de formation continue ponctuelles, le KI-Club Tourismus mise sur un programme de d\u00e9veloppement continu. Tous les participants suivent un processus par \u00e9tapes qui combine mise en r\u00e9seau, accompagnement concret dans la mise en \u0153uvre et sc\u00e9narios tourn\u00e9s vers l'avenir. L'offre est compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par un r\u00e9seau social d\u00e9di\u00e9 sur la plateforme communautaire destinetLEARN. Celui-ci comprend \u00e9galement une base de donn\u00e9es qui met \u00e0 disposition 24 heures sur 24 des pr\u00e9sentations, des guides, des vid\u00e9os explicatives et des enregistrements. TOUS les collaborateurs des organisations participantes peuvent y acc\u00e9der et se mettre en r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n

Un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central du programme est donc un concept de formation des formateurs qui mise sur la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles structures au sein des organisations participantes. En fin de compte, il s'agit non seulement de former les participants, mais aussi de leur donner les moyens d'int\u00e9grer l'IA dans leurs propres organisations. La symbiose parfaite entre l'intelligence humaine et l'intelligence artificielle dans le tourisme.<\/p>\n
